Zelis, Remote – (Sept 2023 - Present)

Lead end-to-end payment experience for providers and payers using the Zelis Lumen Design System and in collaboration with product analysts, developers, and other stakeholders. Built the UI in compliance with 508 regulations. Used analytics and user research to build experiences tailored to our users’ needs.

  • In collaboration with UX Strategy, we conducted user interviews in English and Spanish to learn from our agents how they work on the calls for a process called “Skip Tracing”.
  • Worked closely with project managers, business stakeholders, one other designer, and UX Strategy to design the best solution to integrate a currently manual process to be incorporated as a semi-automated process in our platform.

  • Worked closely with the project manager, one other designer, developers, the legal team, and executives to streamline the personal loan application workflow and improve the process for our partner agents.
  • Key achievements: Application times for an agent from start to submit dropped on average by 9 and 1/2 mins.
